Multi Corporation today announced that Chief Executive Officer Arnold de Haan will be stepping down from his role effective 1 May 2007.
Mr de Haan has agreed to serve as a senior advisor to Multi Corporation and its shareholder the Morgan Stanley Real Estate Fund V International for a certain period.
The Board of Directors of Multi Corporation wishes to publicly express its gratitude to Mr de Haan for his service to the company and wishes him well in his future endeavours.
Hans van Veggel, chairman of the board, will serve as interim CEO until a replacement to Mr de Haan has been appointed.
