Multi Development Poland Sp. z.o.o. signs lease agreement with Media Markt Polska Sp. z.o.o. – the biggest electronics operator on the Polish market.
Media Markt, the very successful electronics operator, will come to Forum Koszalin and trade from almost 4,500 mē. Forum Koszalin is Multi’s first shopping centre in Poland that will open in 2008. In the coming weeks and months Multi will announce more tenants.All over Europe Multi Development has a long track record of more than 130 shopping centres completed in the last 25 years.
Media Markt
Media Markt’s recipe for success is to offer best brands at best (lowest) prices. At the moment the company operates in 14 European countries, with over 450 markets with electronics. In 1998 they entered Polish market and since then their position is only growing bigger and bigger. In their shops customers may find everything they need starting from TV sets and domestic appliances, through computers and cameras, to CD’s and DVD’s, all being sold at lowest prices on the local market.

Forum Koszalin
Forum Koszalin is a covered shopping centre (55,000 mē) located in the southern edge of Koszalin, on the main road nr. 11 which connects Koszalin to Poznaņ. It includes 2 levels of shop units, a Hypermarket, a multiplex cinema, restaurants and DIY. Media Markt will complete the spectrum of offerings, by delivering wide selection of electronic products.
Access to the local motorway and public transport network is excellent. There are 1,500 parking spaces. It will be the biggest retail and leisure centre in the whole region, focusing on Koszalin and its wide region. A tower, reminiscent of the lighthouses of the Baltic coast nearby, will make a landmark of the project. New public realm and landscaping will create a new and exciting shopping and leisure destination for the public. It is a joint-investment of Multi Development Poland Sp. z.o.o. and Meinl European Land Group.
