MULTI SECURE A FURTHER FOUR TOP RETAILERS TO DEBUT AT VICTORIA SQUARE

Multi Development UK Ltd has announced another catalog of retailers who have committed to a unit at their £400 million Victoria Square Development in Belfast’s City Centre. Free Spirit, The Pier, Pepe Jeans, Pumpkin Patch, Douglas & Grahame, Hobbs, O2 and Starbucks will join the list of over forty tenants already signed up to the scheme.

Irish born company Free Spirit will bring their first salon to Northern Ireland with a 1,775sq ft unit on the upper ground level of Victoria Square. This cutting edge, premium health and beauty business is revolutionizing the face of health and beauty in Ireland. Free Spirit offer their customers a complete Health Solution – a personal training gym combined with Beauty, Hair and Nails services all under one roof. The Free Spirit goal is that every customer leaves the salon feeling beautiful and healthier – physically and mentally.

The Pier will bring its first store to Northern Ireland with a 6,242 sq ft unit on the lower ground level, beneath Urban Outfitters on the Ann Street entrance to the scheme. The Pier offers unique furniture from around the world and aim to offer their customers surprising, colourful, different products.

Also Bringing its first standalone store to Northern Ireland, Multi has secured Pepe Jeans for a 2,238 Sq Ft unit on the lower ground floor of the scheme next to complimentary stores such as Firetrap, Ted Baker, Tommy Hilfiger and French Connection.

Another first for Northern Ireland, Pumpkin Patch have taken a 3,826 Sq Ft store on the upper ground level of Victoria Square sitting opposite La Senza, H&M and River Island. This New Zealand born company offers affordable, quality childrenswear with a distinctive fashion edge.

Douglas & Grahame will occupy a 2,110 sq ft unit on the upper ground level of the scheme next to the likes of Topshop, H&M and River Island. The UK’s leading supplier of men’s fashion, Douglas & Grahame has been operating in the UK for over 80 years, with this new store showing an increase in the Belfast offering.
Also increasing it’s offering in Belfast, Hobbs have committed to a 3,392 sq ft store on the lower ground floor of Victoria Square, situated beside LK Bennett, Reiss, All Saints and Hugo Boss. The company represents a quintessentially English look with a contemporary twist. Hobbs is unique in the British fashion market, offering a complete wardrobe to the customer where the garments, shoes and accessories form the perfect complement to one another.

Both O2 and Starbucks have committed to increasing their Belfast offering with units on the upper ground level of Victoria Square. O2 will take a 1,148 Sq Ft unit and Starbucks will occupy 1,984 sq ft.

Victoria Square will open in March 2008.
