Multi Development UK Ltd has strengthened its UK team with the recent appointment of Michael O’Hagan as Commercial Director.
In his new role, Michael will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of commercial and asset management activities of the company’s UK and Ireland property portfolio, which represents a combined investment value of £1bn.
Michael has joined Multi Development from Green Property Ltd, Dublin and previous experience includes working at Westfield UK, Marks & Spencer, Etam, Boots and Arcadia Group.
Speaking about joining the company, Michael says he is “excited about playing an active role within Europe’ s leading retail property company in development, leasing, owning and operating key quality shopping centres and mixed – use projects throughout the UK and Ireland. I am looking forward to working with the talented Multi team in our current ongoing development and regeneration schemes in Belfast, Bath and Wolverhampton”.
