VICTORIA SQUARE CRUISE TOWARDS OPENING WITH ANNOUNCEMENT OF TWO NEW STORES

Multi Development UK Ltd have announced two new stores to join the retail line up at their £320 million Victoria Square development in Belfast’s city centre. Cruise, one of the UK’s leading independent luxury retailers renowned for iconic designer brands and cutting edge fashion, has confirmed plans to launch two new stores in Belfast – Cruise and Hugo Boss.

The impressive 17,000 sq ft site, is situated on the lower ground level of the prestigious Victoria Square development in Belfast and will host two stores, trading under Cruise and Hugo Boss fascias.
The significant Cruise and Hugo Boss unit will be sited at the main entrance to the Victoria Square development, which will provide over 800,000 sq ft of retail and leisure space, comprising 17 architecturally different buildings centered around a 35m diameter glass dome, visible from outside the City.

Cruise Belfast will showcase mainline clothing, footwear, accessories and bags from an unrivalled mix of international designer labels. The boutique will house an enviable offering of the season’s most in demand fashion products for men and women, presented in a sleek and stylish environment with the exceptional, personalised service for which Cruise is renowned. Hugo Boss collections in the Belfast store will include BOSS Black and BOSS Orange Menswear and Womenswear, BOSS Green Menswear, HUGO Menswear and a full footwear and accessory range. The store will occupy 6000 sq ft of the dual store property.

Cruise and Hugo Boss adds Victoria Square’s retail mix and will sit alongside Clockwork Orange, Tommy Hilfiger, H&M, Urban Outfitters, River Island, Coast, Virgin Megastores, Lunn’s, Goldsmiths and ODEON.

Victoria Square will open on 6 March 2008.
